Florida Exchange
Florida Exchange is part of the broader Florida Road commercial regeneration project. Made up of 3 separate buildings which have been fully refurbished and repurposed as one development, the buildings offer mixed use office and commercial spaces with eating and entertainment spaces in the complex. We created a unifying look and feel across the three separate buildings, introduced new paving, greenery, custom bike racks and benches to create a youthful, fun and modern space.
